Transferring Dual Credit Courses How do I get my dual credit courses to transfer from St. Philip's College to another college or university in Texas?
1) After you graduate, your official high school transcript (showing the date you graduated) will be sent to SPC Records and Registration Office. Our registrar, Mrs. Yolanda Guerra, will take care of this for you.
2) YOU, the student, must then request that your St. Philip's College transcript be a) picked up, or b) submitted to the preferred college/university. You may complete the form to request your transcript in person, by fax, or through your student account, according to the directions at this link: Transcript Request at Alamo Colleges **You will need to fax or show your photo ID before your transcript request will be processed.**
Accuplacer Testing Dates:The next Accuplacer administration will be on June 3. This test may be taken by students seeking dual credit for next year or those graduating seniors in College Connection who have not yet taken it. If you wish to to take the test earlier than June 3, you may do so at the Central Texas Technology Center or St. Philip's College. See Mrs. Purdy for details.
